The material of the double coil is divided into two types: spray coating and nylon coating (spray coating, also known as baking paint).

1、 Spray coating is formed by spraying powder onto iron wire, which is then attached to the wire by high-temperature powder.

Advantages: Slightly better glossiness for the same color; More diverse colors; The same specifications look slightly thicker than the adhesive material.

Disadvantages: Multiple processes and long production time; Only applicable to groups with low environmental requirements; Over time, the paint is prone to cracking and exploding; High technical requirements for personnel in each process; Consuming a lot of labor; Excessive losses; Not as strong as steel wire; It can only be cut into strips and cannot be used on automatic binding machines.

2、 The nylon wrapping material is made of steel wire wrapped with a very thin layer of nylon through a special process, and then directly molded and shipped through a double coil forming machine.

Advantages: Highly compliant with environmental standards; Steel wire has high strength and good toughness; Few processes; Fast shipment; Strong preservability; Relative corrosion resistance; Smoothness is more uniform; Relatively low requirements for operators can better ensure quality; Low loss; Less manual labor, more mechanical automation; It can be cut into strips or rolled to meet the requirements of automatic binding machines.
